父母寄現金匯票　鄭捷開卡買零嘴

在台北捷運隨機殺害4人的鄭捷犯案後遭羈押，至今父母都不曾到台北看守所探望他，只在上周一寄了張郵局現金匯票到北所給他，讓他「自理」添購日常需求。所方指出，鄭捷已在今天申請購物，但不透露內容。

所方表示，鄭捷父母寄現金匯票給鄭捷，他已在上周一簽收。依規定得由所方人員持匯票到郵局兌現並存入收容人所得帳戶後，再記入收容人手摺，才能開始運用這筆錢購物。在收到匯票2天後鄭捷手摺內已記入這筆款項，不過鄭捷直到今天才向所方申請購買零嘴及日用品。

所方表示，因涉及個人隱私，不便透露鄭捷的購物內容，但依規定，看守所收容人每天接受寄送現金額度上限為1萬元，但收容人每天僅能在所內花費200元購物，如果想要買單價超過200元的物品，必須另外填單申請。

所方指出，鄭捷近來的情緒依舊平穩，每天花頗多時間在閱讀書報，今天上午放封則是在舍房走廊上走動、甩手活動筋骨。（游仁汶／新北報導）
