台塑：陸工應會重返越鋼

台塑董事長李志村昨天說，台塑集團在越南投資河靜大煉鋼廠，是考量越南工業化剛起步，可容忍較高的二氧化碳排放。他說，越南排華暴動是偶發事件，他希望大陸工人能盡快返回越南。

上個月越南爆發排華暴動，多名協助越鋼建廠的大陸工人死亡，大陸包商與工人因此撤回大陸避難。

由於大陸工人是越鋼建廠的主力部隊，工人撤離嚴重影響越鋼建廠進度，台塑集團總裁王文淵日前直言，「（越鋼停工）讓他很頭痛。」

王文淵月底前要赴越南解決越鋼復工問題，關鍵在於大陸包商與工人何時能重返越鋼。李志村昨天說，「（大陸工人）應該會重返越鋼」，但表示目前還無法確切說出復工時間表。
