文化大學7日舉行都市與農村經營研討會，身兼桃園航空城計畫評審的台北大學都市計畫研究所教授周志龍與會，5名桃園航空城學生訪調小組成員到場抗議，與校方爆發激烈衝突，昨現場影片流出，抗議學生疑遭市政暨環境規劃學系助理教授游政諭拉扯頭髮、摔至牆壁，引發爭議。文大指出，已報警處理，雙方在警局都備有紀錄，是否違法無權也無從對外說明。航空城學生訪調小組指出，航空城案應以公開聽證會方式讓公民監督，小組成員僅是希望周志龍表態，全程只以大聲公和手舉牌表達訴求，卻被校方人員強行拖出並施行暴力。人本教育基金會也發表譴責聲明，要求文大應立即道歉，並處理施暴的教師。
