新北市一名17歲少女在網路結識一名19歲工人，兩人與朋友在公園飲酒作樂，過程中工人以汗臭味好重要回家換衣，邀請少女陪同，來到臥房換衣時男子慾火難耐，大膽對少女說：「下面很癢！」

隨後竟不理會在客廳的父母和弟弟，還不忘戴上保險套強行性侵，過程中男子弟弟聽到房內傳出怪聲，敲打哥哥房門，男子嚇到草草結束。少女隨後被男子載回公園，情緒崩潰大哭，返家後在母親下前往警局報案，嫌犯落網堅稱有詢問過少女意願，警方訊後依妨害性自主罪將嫌函送法辦。（石永軒／新北報導）
