武士刀殺死兄友　墓園躲一夜

雲林縣水林鄉楊姓男子（44歲）不滿哥哥的張姓朋友（27歲）每次登門喝酒後，都向他挑釁口角，讓他懷恨在心；昨日下午張又帶著內裝不明物體的藥酒瓶、一支拔釘器登門向他挑釁，他憤而跑進房內拿出一把長約45公分的武士刀，朝張左腹重砍一刀，張頓時血流如注，他連忙騎機車逃逸，躲在附近墓園裡過夜。

警方於案發後，先找到楊棄置的機車，再透過楊的朋友，策動他投案，楊自知難逃法網，今日上午主動投案，表示他獲悉張男被他殺死，十分意外，本來只想教訓對方，沒有要殺死他。警方偵訊後，以殺人罪將楊男移送雲林地檢署偵辦。（寶智華／雲林報導）
