ECB降息、美股漲台股受惠

歐洲央行決議調降利率，美股受此激勵，四大指數在今天凌晨收盤時，全數收高，尤其是那斯達克指數漲幅最大，超過1%，市場法人指出，將有助台股今日走勢，指標股在昨日拉尾的權值股上，包括台積電、鴻海、台塑等。

法人機構指出，昨日三大法人買賣超金額都不大，外資買超僅3.7億元，合計買超4.06億元，但在店頭市場的合計買超10.23億元，確立近期台股的多頭重心在店頭市場。

其中，融資餘額則持續創新高，集中市場昨日融資餘額增加7.96億元，來到2,086.08億元，店頭市場也再創新高來到602.62億元，在法人成交比重相對降低而融資餘額持續走高之下，目前的輪動節奏可望持續加快。
