液晶螢幕顯示器平均壽命小問題

近幾年下來，平均每兩年就換一台電腦螢幕，朋友說是因為我常常把電腦螢幕電源開開關關，他的意思是說最好不要把電源關掉，即使關機了，電源也讓他亮著，這樣比較不容易壞??請問有這種說法嗎??還有想請問一下現在的電腦螢幕壽命都這麼短嗎?2-3年就壞一台。(最近又壞了一台)
