趙藤雄今天凌晨遭到台北地院裁定收押，周姓委任律師表示，庭訊時已清楚陳述事實，並無羈押必要，裁定收押讓董事長與律師團均相當訝異；律師指出，已當庭提出抗告。

律師表示，趙藤雄收押，對整個集團會造成具大的影響；不論基於案情偵辦或公益理由，都不應該收押，並非為了被告個人。
