北院再開羈押庭趙藤雄到庭

（中央社記者黃意涵、顧荃台北2014年6月1日電）合宜住宅案，台北地院今晚再次開庭審理遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、副總魏春雄羈押案。趙藤雄晚間8時15分左右到達法院。

台北地檢署偵辦桃園合宜住宅案，5月30日聲押趙藤雄、魏春雄等人，台北地方法院31日分別裁定趙藤雄新台幣500萬元、魏春雄100萬元交保，並限制住居、出境、出海。檢方不服，立即提起抗告。

台灣高等法院今天下午撤銷原裁定，發回台北地方法院，北院於晚間8時30分重開羈押庭。
