騎贓車遭逮　辯稱借的被拆穿

新莊分局警方昨日晚間11時許，在泰山台麗街臨檢1名騎機車的杜姓男子，警員一查發現，杜姓男子騎乘的機車為失竊車輛，立即將他帶回派出所偵訊。

杜男偵訊時辯稱，車子是去年12月向張姓友人借的，因為他剛好要去當兵，自己又沒代步工具，就向他借來代步，根本不知道是贓車。但警方調查後發現，車子昨天才報失竊，也找不到所謂的張姓友人，訊後依竊盜罪嫌將杜男移送法辦。（張貴翔／新北報導）
