糧價漲4% 世界銀行示警

世界銀行發表最新季度糧價報告說，全球糧食價格第一季上漲4%，主因是中國需求上升、美國乾旱、烏克蘭局勢動盪。漲幅最大的食物是小麥和玉米，漲幅分別達18%和12%。
