美商會會長：應開啟美國古巴關係新頁

美國全國商會(US Chamber of Commerce)會長杜諾惠(Tom Donohue)29日表示，現在是古巴和美國開啟兩國關係新頁的時候了。
正在古巴訪問的杜諾惠說，美國和古巴的關係已經有太久，都受到兩國歧見所限制、並因雙邊的過往而遭到禁錮。
杜諾惠認為，兩國的關係並不需要這個樣子，現在正是開啟美國和古巴新頁的時候了。
華府自1962年起對哈瓦那施加制裁，美國及古巴沒有正式雙邊關係。
