【動新聞】江國慶案　陳肇敏5人判賠6千萬

士兵江國慶冤死案，2011年江母獲軍方國賠1億餘元，軍方向涉刑求取供的國防部前部長陳肇敏等人求償，台北地院認定陳肇敏等人不當取供，昨判5軍官應賠5955萬元。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，台北地院法官依職位及疏失程度，認定陳肇敏與反情報隊中校柯仲慶責任最重，須各賠1474萬元；已死亡的反情報隊軍官李植仁，判賠1289萬元，由其子女賠償；軍法室前主任曹嘉生及反情報隊上尉何祖耀，各賠859萬元，僅軍事檢察官黃瑞鵬因未判有罪，獲判免賠。（胡治言／綜合報導）
