選黨主席基隆一面倒挺小英

民進黨昨天舉辦第15屆黨主席暨第16屆全國黨職選舉，基隆巿有6成7投票率，黨員幾乎一面倒支持蔡英文選黨主席，並選出的基隆巿黨部新任主委蔡適應。

蔡適應昨天感謝黨員的支持與鼓勵，他說，當選是責任的開始，市黨部將扮演市民好鄰居的角色，以吸引更多的認同。

民進黨基隆黨員有843人，昨天570人前往巿黨部投票，有幾位全國黨代表及巿代表的候選人，還把握最後機會，在門口舉牌握手拉票。

在黨主席方面，蔡英文獲得550票，郭泰麟31票；市黨部主委，蔡適應同額競選，以526票當選。

張錦煌、洪森永及鍾維恩3人角逐2名全國黨代表席位，張錦煌獲220票、洪森永212票，順利當選。

市黨代表有33人競爭28個名額，巿議員陳志成的妹妹陳惠美、兒子陳信瑜雙雙入選，巿議員游祥耀的妻子江曉茵、巿議員蘇仁和妻子王素月、巿議員張錦煌的小姨子陳瓊麗等人也都榜上有名。
