財政部：租屋將列查核重點

（中央社記者王朝鈺、李明宗台北26日電）財政部次長吳當傑今天表示，過去這幾年一直把相關不動產交易和所得列為查核重點，包括房屋出租部分。

立法院財政、內政、經濟委員會上午聯席初審中央政府流域綜合治理計畫第1期特別預算案，媒體詢問吳當傑，如果有房屋出租隱匿不申報部分如何處置？

吳當傑表示，稅捐單位會從戶數較多及戶籍等管道重點式查核，包含主動查核和檢舉。

另外，經濟部長張家祝受訪表示，希望順利推動自由經濟示範區，經濟部主管部分，除工業區規劃管理，將在後續整體規劃後接受各產業申請，相關準備工作已完成，各部會將就產業發展部分與立法委員溝通。1030526
