北捷殺人犯鄭捷到底是什麼樣的原因，會讓他下此毒手？成為各界關注的焦點。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，由於鄭捷曾遭國防大學退學，被人懷疑是否為犯案動機？對此鄭捷向檢警透露，他念軍校時「很正常」，沒有適應不良，也沒有挫折，也未遭不當管教，犯案與軍校無關。鄭捷自稱「感覺活的太累而殺人求死」才會犯下此案。
