分享軟體洩筆錄警員緩起訴

台北市南港警分局舊莊派出所李姓警員，在電腦內裝置P2P分享軟體，導致偵查筆錄被分享外流，被控妨害秘密罪；台北地檢署考量他疏於注意才洩密，處分緩起訴。

據了解，李姓警員今年想報考警察大學，向同事商借考古題準備，同事將考古題存在隨身碟內交給他，不料，平日用P2P分享軟體下載音樂的李姓警員讀取資料時，P2P分享軟體主動將同事隨身碟內的民眾報案偵查筆錄、派出所值勤班表等文件分享出去。

李姓警員供稱是不小心才讓檔案外洩，保證以後不會再犯；檢方認為他態度良好，犯罪情節輕微，處分緩起訴以勵自新。
