請各位前輩&專家指點,腹肌的鍛鍊

小弟目前體脂率多維持在9.8%~12.5%這個區間
但是總感覺肌肉線條不夠分明,尤其是腹肌的部份
如圖:

想請教各位前輩專家們分享指導一下如何可以讓腹肌線條更明顯?

我一周會跑1~2次慢跑10km~15km,偶爾會跑一下21k半馬

另外會有1~2天的重訓,沒有特別針對腹部,但已上半身跟核心為主。

這樣子的運動以維持約8個月
