59歲男子陳朝枝去年因懷疑未婚妻陳玉萍與他人交往，竟醋勁大發，持鐵條活活將她打死，再以毛巾擦拭屍體後，棄屍桃園大圳旁。最高法院審酌陳男自白犯罪，昨日依殺人罪將他判刑14年確定。
