丟垃圾與稽查員吵架　7旬嬤氣死？

台北市一名老婦倒垃圾時與環保局稽查人員爭執，原本就有病在身的老婦氣得頭昏蹲地，稽查人員誤認她在耍無賴掉頭離開，老婦後來昏厥送醫，住院多日後離世。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，73歲賴姓婦人推著載有垃圾的推車外出，台北市環保局稽查人員懷疑她有偷倒垃圾之嫌，雙方發生爭執。原本就有病在身的賴婦，一氣之下頭昏蹲地，稽查人員在無法取締的情況下離開，賴婦後來病情加劇被送醫，住院多日後離世。家屬認為稽查人員見死不救，怒告過失傷害及遺棄致死罪。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
