證券周邊單位 4合1走向確定

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，證交所等證券周邊單位，中長期將四合一的方向已確定，預估會先由辦公廳舍及IT資訊進行整合，之後再整合人事制度，預計3個月內證期局就會提出整併計畫。

金管會已重新檢視證交所、櫃買中心、期交所及集中公司四合一方案。曾銘宗表示，四合一初步評估會有2個效果，包括規模壯大，及績效可以回歸給投資者及券商。

不過，過去香港、韓國、新加坡都曾整合過，其中，只有新加坡財務績效有出來，香港與韓國都沒有，所以要進一步了解。

關於比較複雜的櫃買中心股份轉換方式，會放到中長期解決。至於各單位薪資不同的問題，曾銘宗說，未來會一併處理。

事實上，近期證券周邊單位的業務已開始整合。櫃買中心昨日與集保結算所在倫敦舉行寶島債招商說明會，現場吸引匯豐、花旗等國際級專業投資銀行出席。
