桃園縣1名38歲莊姓男子，因不滿70歲陳姓婦人經常與其他鄰居聚集在社區巷口聊天，聲音大到影響其居住品質；去年5月17日傍晚，他又聽到陳婦在巷口與他聊天，竟自住處3樓窗口指責陳婦等人「厚顏無恥」，並下樓到巷口與陳婦發生口角，遭陳婦甩了1巴掌。事後雙方互相提告，桃園地檢署今分別依公然侮辱、傷害罪將兩人起訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
