新祕遲到誤吉時新人投訴消保官

新北市一名郭姓女子，日前向消保官投訴黃姓新祕，指對方訂婚當天遲到，無法及時完成新娘、新郎等人妝髮，更因此延誤算好的訂婚時辰；最終雙方以1000元和解。

郭女表示，訂婚當天與黃女約早上9點到家幫忙新娘、新郎和新娘媽媽妝髮，但黃女不但遲到，還未攜帶指甲彩繪用具。而新郎和新娘的媽媽也沒有化妝；此外，更延誤到戴戒指的良辰吉時，因此希望賠償損失費用，並取消後續服務，共3000元。

但黃女指出，郭女沒有明確告知需到達時間，自己9點20分就抵達，沒幫新娘彩繪指甲是因新娘日前表示要另行處理，且有幫忙新郎抓髮、撲粉，而新娘也沒要求幫新娘媽媽妝髮，更沒人告知「良辰吉時」。

由於雙方認知差異過大，且沒有書面契約等文件，經消保官協調後，由黃女退還1000元，並解除結婚當天服務契約。
