問：投資人被報違約，股票是否不能賣出？

答：根據交易所營業細則第76條第3項：投資人被報違約，在未結案前，證券商將暫停受理投資人股票買賣或開立新帳戶。但投資人可向券商協商以帳戶內股票賣出以返還違約金額。
