MBPR與Windows桌機網芳速度

請問一下各位先進，
小弟常常使用MPBR 15修圖，
修完圖要用網芳存回Windows7桌機時發現速度實在有夠慢，
MPBR是使用RT-N16的WIFI，平常上網下載檔案速度也是很快，
唯獨跟Windows桌機(RJ45網路)用網芳交換檔案實在慢到不行，
請問這是因為不同平台網芳的問題嗎？
還是說是因為Wifi造成的呢？(之前Windows NB速度也是很快)
