雷霆下半場爆發，客場以104：98逆轉勝快艇，4：2晉級西區決賽。

杜蘭特（Kevin Durant）全場砍39分16籃板5助攻，生涯第3次打進西區決賽，韋斯特布魯克（Russell Westbrook）19分12助攻，亞當斯（Steven Adams）10分11籃板。

快艇僅3人得分上雙，葛瑞芬（Blake Griffin）22分8籃板8助攻，保羅（Chris Paul）25分7籃板11助攻，JJ-雷迪克（J.J. Redick）16分。
