蛙式換氣不順....

如題 我發現我無法換氣 之前偶爾都會去游泳池 但都因為換氣不順 就放棄了

最近想把游泳學好 但我的問題是 當我頭抬起來吸氣,在淺下去游的同時

我的腳沒辦法馬上踢水 也就是說 我換完氣 就整個沉下去了....

我也有觀察別人游 看他們換氣都很自然 但我換完氣 腳就是不會踢 整個就沉下去了

不知道有沒有人學蛙式碰到一樣問題呢?
