也是美國追稅對象？郝龍斌：不會發生

總統府近日出示美國在台協會開的公函，澄清總統馬英九已無美國永久居留權，也沒有像美國繳稅的問題。同樣曾獲綠卡的台北市長郝龍斌今天也被議員許淑華關心，是否仍是美國公民。

郝龍斌表示，在美國留學、做博士後研究期間，因妻子高閬仙在美工作超過一定時間，取得居留權與綠卡，自己也以配偶身分取得同樣資格；但回到台大任教後，並未依規定每年更新，至今已20幾年，早已失效。

因為認為美國綠卡應該已自動失效，他並沒有再做任何處理，現在也是持中華民國護照出入境。

郝龍斌說，自己不是美國公民，所以應該不會發生被美國政府追稅問題。
