轉轍器頻故障高鐵尋求改善

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄2014年5月16日電）台灣高鐵公司今天指出，轉轍器的問題已尋求原廠德國西門子公司來台協同調查，將儘快分析並找出故障原因。

台灣消保會今天召開記者會指出，高鐵通車以來，轉轍器異常60次，大小異常202次，影響安全；也不滿經營不用心，促高鐵降價。

高鐵公司回應，已在徹底檢討轉轍器的問題，並透過補救及補強方式，維持系統的穩定及可靠度。高鐵公司要求原廠德國西門子公司派員來台協同調查，提供故障原因分析及後續因應作為，希望儘快解決問題。

消保會也批評高鐵公司在財務報表業外收入上掛零，讓人質疑高鐵財報不實，明明車站有琳瑯滿目的商店經營，租金或利得怎可略過不計列。

高鐵說，相關營業行為依規定項目的事業主管機關辦理營業登記，遵循法令規定。
