請問關燈80V電壓正常？

因為前些日子自己裝水晶燈（歐洲帶回來）！然後發現後來突然不亮燈了！
請裝冷氣的人測試電壓！發現關燈時候80V他說這樣長期使用燈泡容易壞掉！
可能是漏電！
因為我裝了ＬＥＤ燈泡就發線會閃閃閃
