金管會求銀行公會不能害越南台商抽銀根

立法院財委會上午審查所得稅法修正案，多位立委關注越南排華事件，金管會副主委黃天牧答詢時表示，會要求銀行公會，對於受害的越南台商不能落井下石抽銀根。
