溫州動車事故記過王峰蘭州悄悄升官

財新網報導，2011年溫州動車事故中被指救援處理不當的前上海鐵路局常務副局長王峰，日前已悄悄升任蘭州鐵路局長。

報導提到，王峰已於4月24日出任蘭州鐵路局長，原任蘭州鐵路局長吳云天另有任命。

報導說，2011年溫州動車事故中，王峰負責指揮橋下救援工作。但在搶救時，為了清理場地，王峰在救援現場下令挖坑，準備把列車車頭以及部分零件埋入坑中。

當時大陸民眾及媒體普遍懷疑，這是為了銷毀證據，同時為快速通車「讓道」。大陸國務院調查報告則說，這起事故因行控中心設備有嚴重設計缺陷，加上雷擊，導致設備故障後應急處置不力等因素造成。當時，王峰被記過處分。
