google網域問題

請問一下我在2012年向google 買請了網域，然後把blogger網址重新指向到該網域。

但是最近因為要給人做了換網頁要從Google Apps for Business 登入之後卻說您目前可用的帳戶都沒有存取權限，無法登入。

我去用30天免費版 Business 登入後先填了網域在去登入google帳號後填了基本資料選『使用我已購買的網域』，要我輸入網域輸入網域後它顯示『這個網域已經有人使用了。』.....但是我可以從blogger 那邊更改新文章也是blogger的擁有者阿...到底為什麼有人可以解答嗎??

Google給的問答都看過了沒有幫助，打電話去google客服她給了我0800233013但是要PING碼....我連登都登不進去網怎麼知道PING碼..另一隻0800233017打了好幾天都沒接
