3輪車撞人 85歲翁起訴

85歲蔡姓老翁騎3輪車，逆向行駛撞上騎機車的2名女學生，2名學生都受傷，台中地檢署昨依過失傷害罪起訴老翁。

起訴書指出，去年11月15日晚上，蔡姓老翁騎3輪車經過南區高工路，李姓女學生騎機車載賴姓女同學到同路段，看到前方逆向而來的3輪車，來不及閃躲，2名女學生都受傷，老翁因3輪車較堅固未摔車受傷。
