稅務問答／網路申報可優先退稅

太保市陳小姐問：102年度綜合所得稅申報案件，如經計算結果為退稅，在何種情況下可優先領到退稅款？

南區國稅局嘉義縣分局答覆：只要符合下列條件之申報案件，可優先於103年7月31日收到退稅款。(1)於6月3日前採用網路結算申報或網路、語音確認回覆稅額試算服務者。(2)於5月12日前向戶籍所在地稽徵機關採人工或二維條碼方式完成綜合所得稅結算申報者。(3)於5月12日前向戶籍所在地稽徵機關採書面遞送回覆確認稅額試算者。
