搭訕夜歸女被拒猥褻變強盜

宜蘭陳姓男子前天凌晨在三星鄉農路猥褻夜歸婦女，因被害人驚恐反抗無法得逞，誤認搶錢比猥褻罪輕，進而掐脖搶走被害人皮包內1千元，反而多一條強盜罪，面臨5年以上有期徒刑。

陳姓男子 (22歲，無前科)6日凌晨騎車送酒友回家，回程行經農義橋，瞧見一名面貌姣好的女子，獨自淋雨步行，全身淡色衣物因為濕透了，身材曲線畢露，引發陳男遐想，上前搭訕「要搭便車嗎？」

該女子因丈夫有事無法接送她返家，自己搭計程車回家，心中惱火，刻意在家附近500公尺處下車，營造淋雨狼狽樣，欲讓丈夫愧疚，因此不理會陳男搭訕，陳男悻然離去後，心有不甘又折返伸狼爪。

陳男在橋上阻攔女子去路，將自身雨衣脫去、丟到橋下後，上前熊抱、強吻，遭壓制在地的女子嚇得尖叫，抵死不從，陳男無法逞慾，最後掐脖脅迫女子交出皮包，搶1千元後騎車逃逸。
