普丁說俄羅斯軍隊已自烏克蘭邊界後撤

根據俄羅斯新聞社Interfax報導，普丁總統周三說，俄羅斯軍隊已自烏克蘭邊界後撤。

這位俄羅斯領袖並呼籲烏克蘭東南地區親俄羅斯分離份子，延後5月11日的自治公投，該報導說。

普丁已同意德國總理梅克爾的提議，由基輔當局與烏克蘭東南地區代表展開直接會談。

周三稍早，普丁說，他已準備與歐洲安全與合作組織(OSCE)主席討論如何走出烏克蘭危機。消息傳出後，S&P 500指數上漲。

但S&P 500隨後反轉走低。

俄羅斯股市上漲，藍籌股指數MICEX上漲3.6%。RTS指數大漲4.7%。
