順手牽羊遺失物　貪婦判罰8000元

宜蘭一名41歲陳姓婦人日前到羅東「香廚米粉羹店」吃米粉羹，見鄰桌椅子上留有一只手提包，竟生貪念，偷走裡頭的3000元、相機、身份證件、金融卡等物，得手後快速離開現場。

3分鐘後，游姓女失主匆匆折返找尋手提包，發現裡面空無一物，趕緊報警處理。警方調閱店內與附近路口監視器，揪出順手牽羊的陳婦，陳婦坦承犯行，警方訊後將其移送法辦。全案經宜蘭地院審結，今天將陳婦依侵佔遺失物罪判處罰金8000元。（潘岳／宜蘭報導）
