標題[請益] 群創v.s. 晶電offer選擇

大家好，因為朋友不太會用PTT所以上來幫他詢問 近期他得到以下兩家的offer，因為選擇不出來所以很苦惱 希望大家可以幫忙分析狀況提供參考 公司： 群創光電 晶元電子 地點： 南科 南科 職位： TP測試整合工程師 四元製程工程師 工時： 輪假日 / 小夜 輪假日/ on call 薪資： N*14 (N-3)*14 績效獎金： 兩間似乎都沒有?! 交通： 皆為開車/機車 約30分鐘 朋友本身偏向晶電，但是身邊的人都說幹嘛不去群創大公司 不知道版上的前輩們對於這兩份工作是否了解 因為太苦惱了所以來尋求意見~拜託大家了謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.255.236.60 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1399387007.A.513.html
