三星 NOTE 系列播放RMVB影片會頓頓是正常嗎?

我買的是三星 Galaxy Note 10.1 WIFI 2014 發現此問題?!
放入 RMVB檔的電影使用內建影片播放器都會頓頓的!(但放入MP4影片都正常!)
只有其他撥放器可正常播放 RMVB檔的電影!
此情形正常嗎? 我這樣需要送回原廠嗎?

上網查後好像 RMVB檔對於智慧型手機&平板的內建播放器播放都會不順!

請問這是三星的通病嗎?
