內政部不同意李朝卿復職申請

因案被停職的南投縣長李朝卿日前在上百位支持者陪同下，北上向內政部申請復職。李朝卿今天表示，已收到內政部正式回函，不同意他復職。李朝卿表示，對內政部做法感到遺憾和不平，他將於本周向行政院提出訴願，繼續爭取復職機會。

李朝卿說，近年來，台灣社會出現那麼多民眾不滿的抗議聲浪，就是中央政府不依法行政，讓民眾無所適從；內政部之前任意停止他的縣長職務，嚴重違法違憲，不但讓行政干預司法，更踐踏民主法治。
