新竹縣一名男子26日凌晨喝醉後，與人發生衝突，遭到警方帶回警局做筆錄，沒想到男子返家後，出現身體不適，最後不幸猝死，家屬懷疑男子遭到警方刑求，但警方否認說：「跟同仁之間都有說有笑。」

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，男子日前喝醉與人發生口角遭到圍毆，警方將他帶往警局，但有上腳鐐控制行動，後來做完筆錄返家，家人就覺得他怪怪的，男子的母親說：「他捧著肚子回來，頭這樣仰著，臉色很難看。」

而且家人說，男子曾一度打電話回家，說自己被警察修理得很慘，且男子的診斷書上，男子有在背面寫：「我被刑求！」質疑警方執法過當。

但警方否認，並拿出監視畫面證明，警方表示，男子被帶到警局時，好幾度撞牆，後來稱頭不舒服，警方將他送醫，再回到警局後，男子已經清醒，還與警方有說有笑。目前地檢署還要安排時間解剖，找出確切死因。
