遠傳學生專案續約問題

我要在下個月續遠傳的約
我現在用的方案是學生專案398
可是每個月打的電話都沒有超過給的分鐘數
所以我幾乎都月繳199而已

我續約想要辦網路(還在考慮要辦吃到飽的還是別的)
我也想要降低資費(因為每個月根本就打不到那些)
我也不需要買新的手機(現在用的是iphone5^^)

請問有什麼方案是比較符合我要的呢?
因為我上網查 幾乎續約或辦吃到飽都要搭配手機(?)
