IC封測廠頎邦（6147）昨（29）日舉行董事會，通過去年度擬配發現金股息2.6元，以昨天股價52.4元計算，現金殖利率近5%。

頎邦去年每股純益4.14元，配息率約62.8%。

頎邦首季營運表現不如預期，法人預估EPS僅0.7元，近期投信普遍站在賣方。

不過，受惠平價智慧型手機和4K2K大電視市場需求可望穩健向上，中小尺寸和大尺寸面板驅動IC封測需求可望續增，頎邦第2季業績回溫，4月營收可望優於3月。
