立法院經濟委員會今天召開示範區特別條例審查，綠委提出程序發言，且多次引用網友評論，直指召委黃昭順為「黃三條」、「北有張慶忠、南有黃昭順」，令黃昭順相當不快，多次要求綠委不要做人身攻擊。

今早立法院經濟委員會初審示範區條例，不過，因綠委抗議黃昭順周一下午突然召開議事審查示範區條例，且審議三條。黃昭順強調，她是依照議事程序，不過，綠委質疑她的公正性，今發起程序發言、杯葛議事。
