死刑議題　林永樂：不影響與他國往來

法務部昨執行死刑，槍決5死囚。英國外交部發布聲明（http://goo.gl/Injz9Q）表達遺憾，指非常失望台灣未信守朝向廢死的陳諾，也未提升人權政策至國際標準；歐盟駐台的歐洲經貿辦事處在臉書（http://goo.gl/3PNeGK）發文反對在任何情況以任何形式執行死刑；我外交部長林永樂受訪表示，相信不會因死刑議題影響與其它國家往來。

針對歐洲國家分別對台灣執行死刑發表聲明，林永樂受訪時表示，會請相關駐處加強說明，讓這些國家了解台灣政府必須要依法行政的同時，也確實有減少判處死刑以及執行死刑的作為，至於廢除死刑是長遠目標。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
