歐元區經濟信心意外減弱

（中央社台北2014年4月29日電）彭博報導，歐元區4月經濟信心意外滑降，使歐洲中央銀行（ECB）在考慮採取前所未見的措施，來避免通縮風險之際壓力增加。

歐洲聯盟執行委員會（EC）今天表示，4月高階主管和消費者信心指數從3月經修正的102.5降至102。彭博訪調的27位經濟師預估中值為升至102.9。

德國商業銀行（Commerzbank AG）經濟師魏爾（Christoph Weil）說：「信心反映全球環境惡化。隨著俄羅斯和烏克蘭引爆危機及中國經濟趨緩，歐元區成長不太可能加快。」

歐洲央行總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）上週在阿姆斯特丹表示，如果通膨前景惡化，歐洲央行可能展開廣泛的資產收購計畫，為有史以來最激進的政策之一作準備。彭博另1份調查顯示，4月消費者物價成長可能加速至0.8%。

根據今天的報告，工業信心從3月的負3.3降至負3.6，服務業信心從4.5降至3.5。

好消息是消費者信心攀升至負8.6，高於歐盟執委會22日公布的初值負8.7。先前的報告顯示，歐洲3月汽車銷量勁揚逾10%，連續第7個月攀高。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
