日月光拚轉型轉正派遣人力

(中央社記者王淑芬高雄29日電)日月光電子公司今天說，將在兩個月內轉正現有千名派遣人力。高市勞工局長鍾孔炤肯定日月光努力，會繼續勸說企業減少派遣工。

鍾孔炤肯定日月光公司為員工福利努力的誠意，認為這是在勞動節前送給派遣人力最好的禮物。

日月光去年底違法排污，嚴重污染後勁溪，業者違規排污被市府勒令停工，日月光進用派遣工也受到批評。

市府勒令日月光K7場停工時，附帶聲明禁止解聘任何員工或放無薪假，還要求日月光公司減少進用派遣工，善盡企業照顧員工的責任。

高市府上週同意日月光公司復工試車，允協助業者儘速復工；日月光公司今天聲明要讓派遣工轉正職，視同業者對市府的善意回應。

日月光公司說，上半年幫基層員工加薪作業在4月底完成並生效，未來視營運，還會有基層員工調薪；5月起，高雄廠將不再招募派遣工，未來徵才將提供正式員工職缺。

日月光高雄廠目前員工數是2萬1730人，派遣工人數約1000人。

日月光預計今年招募員工6500人，下個月要招募1000人。1030429
