內政部長陳威仁今天下午赴警政署參加署務會報，談及驅離占據忠孝西路廢核民眾，他表示，支持警方對違法集會採取嚴正立場，執法盡量採取柔性勸離，但柔性勸離無效時，為了不影響45萬名通勤族，採取強制作為是「不得不然」作法，也會請警方檢討執行技巧。
