豐益國際收購澳烘焙業者遭拒

（中央社台北2014年4月28日電）彭博社報導，澳洲最大烘焙業者Goodman Fielder拒絕新加坡豐益國際及第一太平（First Pacific Co.）13億澳元（12億美元）的收購提案，表示收購金額大大低估公司身價。

收購案提議以每股65澳分，比Goodman Fielder (GFF) 在雪梨股市前一個交易日收盤價溢價18%的金額出手併購。

豐益國際（Wilmar International Ltd SG-WIL）於2012年2月購買Goodman Fielder公司10%股權，是第3大股東，近2年前就曾洽談收購失利。

台北時間上午11時57分，Goodman Fielder股價在雪梨股市上漲18%，報每股65澳分。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
